The 3d still renders create the vision, be it residential group housing, villas, landscape, row-house, township or retail and commercial projects
Floor Plans / isometric views / Cut views – The names are many, but what these do is create a visual understanding of the space to a layman, one who is buying, be it a home or a commercial space. The 3D rendered plans creates an understanding of the space in the buyers mind making the decisions easier and faster.
To get an exact quotation of your project you need to mail us your project floor plans, elevations, sections, etc. details in DWG (Autocad) format along with your requirements like. No. of 3d views or day view/ night view/evening view and reference images if any.
You can make the payment via cheque/Demand Draft/NEFT to our bank account which will be emailed to you after our quotation is finalized.
We require all the project details with floor plans and other drawings in DWG (Autocad) format along with the duration of walkthrough that you are expecting. Usually it takes 25 days to deliver the final walkthrough after receiving all the project drawings and 50% advance payment. Although the project deadline and other details will be discussed on telephone or one on one meeting.
Usually it takes 3 working days to complete on single unit project.
All the 3d views will be sent via email or Google Drive. Prints of the 3d views will be provided only if you demand it but will be charged extra as actual.Walkthrough will be delivered via YouTube link, Whatsapp and 2nos. of pendrive.
A walkthrough is charged on various factors like duration of video, scope of work, detailing to be done, deadline of project and scale of project. Usually we make walkthrough only above 2.0 minutes. All other details can be discussed over phone or email.
All the still 3d views are delivered in JPEG and TIFF format. While the walkthrough video is delivered in MP4 format which can be viewed on all devices like Android Smartphone, TV, Ipads, Iphones, all computers and all tablets.
